the Canadian Standards Association Model Code for the Protection
of Personal Information, which the Act incorporates. The Act gives
you rights concerning the privacy of your personal information.

a client of McKinley McLarty Financial Ltd. you trust us with
your personal information. We respect that trust and want you
to be aware of our commitment to protect the information you share
in the course of doing business with us.

have the right:
• To know why we collect, use and disclose your personal
information
• To expect us to handle your information reasonably and
not to use it for any purpose other than the one to which you
consented
• To know who in our organization is responsible for protecting

• To expect us to protect your information from unauthorized

• To expect us to destroy your information upon your request
• To confidentially complain to us about how we handle your
information, and to complain to the Privacy Commissioner of Canada,
if need be.

When you do business with us, you share personal information so
that we may provide you with products and services that best meet
your needs. We assume your consent for our firm to use this information
in an appropriate manner.
What
we will NOT do with your information:
We never sell client information to anyone. Nor do we share information
with organizations outside of our relationship with you that would
use it to contact you about their own products or services.
